My name is Cassidy Lewis, an Orange County native with a Bachelor's degree from The University of Arizona.

Katrina Smith, of Pinpoint properties, did an outstanding job for us in the sale of our home and the purchase of a new home in all aspects of a sell or a purchase. Four years ago, she took over the sale of our previous home; after having been on the market for over a year with another realtor, she sold this house in less than 2 months for more money than it was previously listed. Late last year, Katrina took on the sale of our current home, and the purchase of a new one. During the next 2 months, she sold our house for more than comp value before it was ever put on the market, and the new house was purchased for a bargain. Both house were put in escrow and closed during this time. Katrina’s leadership style was exemplary in accomplishing the work, everyone was satisfied and we are currently enjoying our new home.

Katrina and her team made it happen with my house and navigated us through the various negotiations that had to go down. My experience with Katrina was short. See sold the home in two days. Never even made it to Broker's Preview or a chance for Zillow and/or MLS to take effect. On top of that, she got me more than my asking price; the home sold for 4.3 million. The previous broker had it for one year with no results.
