Late last year, Katrina took on the sale of our current home, and the purchase of a new one. During the next 2 months, she sold our house for more than comp value before it was ever put on the market, and the new house was purchased for a bargain. My experience with Katrina was short. See sold the home in two days. Never even made it to Broker's Preview or a chance for Zillow and/or MLS to take effect. On top of that, she got me more than my asking price; the home sold for 4.3 million. The previous broker had it for one year with no results.
