Hi! I’m Sarah, and I’m a Realtor and the Operations Manager at Pinpoint Properties. I was raised in Huntington Beach and after attending college in San Luis Obispo, I settled back down in Huntington with my husband and our dog Hunter. I love all that Orange County has to offer and consider myself extremely lucky to drive down our beautiful coastline every day for a job I am passionate about.
My fascination for real estate originated from growing up in a household of real estate professionals; my dad is a local residential real estate appraiser and my mom worked as a loan officer. After receiving my degree in Hospitality Management and working in several luxury resorts, I decided to spend some free time assisting my dad with measuring homes. I enjoyed learning about properties, exploring different communities, and searching for comparables to determine a home’s value, but appraising lacked the human interaction and the customer-centered service that the hotel business provided. So, choosing to pursue a career in real estate sales and aligning with a brokerage that shared my philosophy of a concierge-style approach offered the best of both worlds.
In 2012, I joined Pinpoint Properties when the company was in its early stages and helped to develop systems and strategies that we still use today to cultivate a seamless buying or selling experience. While I enjoy connecting with clients, showing homes, and handing the keys over at the end of a transaction, my true “calling” has been in a management role, where I can share all of the skills I’ve learned to support each of our team members in maximizing their unique potential. There’s nothing I love more than a good brainstorm session with one of our agents, whether it be to discover a creative way to get a clients’ offer accepted, interpret aspects of the purchase contract, or overcome an unforeseen roadblock during an escrow.
I embrace hard work, problem-solving, and building relationships, and consider myself to be empathetic, patient, organized, and [very] detail-oriented. Outside of work, my favorite activities are volunteering, baking, travelling, binge-watching shows on Netflix, and going on adventures in our 4Runner.
